This site is dedicated to those who make problems happen when they are in anger and wish to stop doing so.
It is also dedicated to those who wish to empower positive workplaces by creating explicit values. The enactment of values can underpin positive change to anger in the workplace; by limiting boundaries of negative behaviours and building resilience. To enact values requires a mix of psychological, sociological and ethical interventions.
Sometimes the anger does not reside in those employed but in those the workplace serves. In this case resilience in staff can be underpinned by a mix of psychological, sociological and ethical interventions.
